In response to energy saving for smart lighting applications, the RT7331GS LED driver IC features Green Mode to reduce power consumption less than 0.3W in standby mode. Its unique control topology can support 1.5µA ultra-low quiescent current, and 0.5s fast start-up. The Smart Dimmable™ technology supports Analog/PWM input signals for precise brightness control, extending the dimming range from 1% to 100%, which makes it compatible with various applications, such as wireless dimming, 0-10V/DALI dimming, etc.
In addition, the RT7331GS has total harmonic distortion (THD) compensation to enable THD below 10% under the wide input range. Its smart CC/CV mode control can eliminate additional external power requirements for cost-effective designs. The Soft Drive control and comprehensive protections including Vac OVP/UVP, and system OTP/OVP/SCP simplify system designs while still meeting safety regulations.

The RT7339+RT8406 solution is designed for applications which require high-precision controls on colour changing and dimming, multi-channel output and less than 1% output current ripple. The unique control system offers 1%-100% wide dimming control and ensures consistency in low-brightness dimming for multi-channel output applications as well as in mass production.
Featuring 1.5µA quiescent current and less than 0.5s start-up time, the RT7339+RT8406 solution provides less than 0.2W standby power consumption and less than 10% THD to meet stringent system requirements. Along with the comprehensive protection functions, the RT7339+RT8406 solution simplifies system designs for less cost and shorter development time.

The RT7300AD+RT7331SGS solution is designed for applications which require up to 100W high power, less than 1% output current ripple and high-precise dimming control. The unique control system can reduce component size and cost while maintaining high performance. It solves the flickering problem at low brightness due to insufficient bandwidth. Featuring adjustable 1%-100% high precision output current control, the RT7300AD+RT7331SGS solution provides the Smart CC/CV mode to eliminate additional external power. The shutdown mode control also significantly reduces power consumption below 0.5W at standby mode. Furthermore, the newly added THD optimiser circuit reduces THD less than 10% under the wide input range.
